These are the terms that apply when you use Lullaby. We have tried to keep them short, plain, and free of lawyer-speak.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older, or the parent or legal guardian of the child using Lullaby, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everyone who uses your household.
Your subscription
Lullaby gives every household two free stories. After that, a paid plan (Lullaby+ or Family) is required to continue creating stories. Paid plans unlock unlimited stories and additional features.
- We bill in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
- You can cancel any time in Parent settings and keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not issue partial refunds for the remainder of a period, but do contact us if something goes wrong and we will make it right.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days notice before a renewal.
What you can do with the stories
The stories generated for your household are yours to enjoy at home. You may download them to listen offline on your own devices. You may not republish, resell, or use them for any commercial purpose. You may not train other AI models on them.
What we ask of you
- Use Lullaby for its intended purpose: generating bedtime stories for the children in your household.
- Do not attempt to produce content that depicts illegal acts, sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment, or instructions for violence. Our filters prevent this and accounts that try to bypass them are suspended.
- Do not share your account credentials or try to resell access.
Content you give us
You may provide names, favourites, and short descriptions to personalise stories. You confirm that you have the right to share that information. We use it only to power Lullaby for your household.
Availability
We aim for Lullaby to be available every night, but we cannot promise 100% uptime. If a story generation fails, it does not count against your free allowance.
Liability
Lullaby is provided without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes
If we update these terms in a material way, we will email the account holder at least 14 days in advance. Small clarifications are posted here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
